Job Description

Your role at Greenleap Robotics as a Business Development Executive (Sales) will involve driving sales, identifying market opportunities, and creating innovative marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, as well as contributing to marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand building. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, combines analytical skills with creativity, and aims for rapid professional growth. Based out of Ghaziabad (U.P.), you will conduct market research, generate leads, create detailed quotations, negotiate contracts, and secure deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, research, and generate leads using market intelligence and networking. - Manage end-to-end B2B sales processes, from cold outreach to deal closure. - Collaborate with the technical team to align product offerings with client requirements. - Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to enhance brand presence. - Create and deliver impactful presentations, pitches, and product demos. - Maintain CRM data and monitor progress against targets. - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences for networking and brand visibility. - Gather customer feedback and monitor market trends to propose product strategy enhancements. Job Requirements: - MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience). - Background in Engineering / Technical stream (preferred but not mandatory). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of B2B sales and decision-making processes. - Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and startup mindset. - Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of projects. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment. - Experience in the solar or robotics industry or technology sector is a plus. Please note that the compensation is negotiable and includes a performance-based incentive.,
