About Us

Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company offering reliable solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Kerala. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our expansion in Wayanad.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate quality leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and promote suitable solar solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the timeline.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handling.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer handling ability.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Wayanad.
• Candidates with solar or electrical sales experience will have an added advantage.
