Accounting Supervisor

NTT DATA is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join their team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team operating at any location. Your main tasks will include overseeing and supervising reconciliations related to product master creation and maintenance, client master creation and maintenance, vendor master creation and maintenance, service master creation and maintenance, data governance, and data quality. You will guide your team in performing their day-to-day tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the given timeframe and meeting quality parameters. Additionally, you will be expected to suggest improvements and innovations to processes for faster and more qualitative reconciliation. Management reporting through monthly dashboard and data analysis will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Performance Parameters: - Intensity / Commitment To Task: You should follow up on commitments, be self-motivated, responsive, and accessible. Maintaining a high level of accuracy with timely completion of deliverables and having good control over the entire process is essential. - Problem Solving: You should be able to identify problems, evaluate multiple options and recommendations, and support a solution.
