Accounting Manager

As an Accounting Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month-end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation - Coordinating and directing the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections - Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans - Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various detailed analysis reports - Maintaining files and ensuring compliance with record retention requirements - Meeting with various agencies annually to review costs and benefits of benefit programs To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles - Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills - Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with superior numeric skills - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written - Result and profit oriented with the ability to balance business considerations and perform multifaceted projects - Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and multitask - Detail-oriented - Expert computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance.
