Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage daily accounting operations including ledger updates, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Prepare and review financial statements as per accounting standards and company policy.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST filing – monthly, quarterly, and annual returns, along with payment and reconciliation of GST, TDS, and other statutory dues.
• Coordinate IT return filing and support tax audits as per legal requirements.
• Manage e-way bill generation for logistics and supply chain activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including PF, ESI, and professional tax.

Audit & Internal Control

• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and monitor effective internal financial controls.
• Respond to audit queries and ensure timely submission of supporting documents.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements to maintain healthy liquidity.
• Oversee fund inflows and outflows and manage working capital efficiently.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Ensure timely supplier payments and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
• Follow up on buyer payments to ensure timely collections and manage overdue accounts.

Team & Coordination

• Lead and guide the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance management.
• In-depth knowledge of GST laws, Income Tax Act, and other statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
