Accountant We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage our daily financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, strong English communication skills, and sound knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Accounting Operations 2. Tax Compliance & Payments 3. Payroll Management (Process payroll through Tally, ensuring accuracy and timely payments Maintain detailed employee records, salary structures, and statutory deductions Ensure compliance with payroll-related statutory requirements like PF, ESI, and PT) 4. Finalization & Audit 5. Reporting & Financial Analysis Minimum Requirement 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting Proficiency in Tally Prime is a must Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations Hands-on experience in payroll accounting and statutory compliances Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) Salary ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month Higher salary may be offered to well-qualified and experienced candidates Job Type: Full-time Benefits : Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick Tim e Overtime pay Schedule Day shift 10AM to 7PM (Monday to Saturday) Work Location: Bhopal Interested candidates are welcome to walk in for an interview or contact us directly for more information.
