An Account Executive works to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. They play a key role in revenue generation and customer retention. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, pitch services/products, and close deals to meet sales targets. Account Management: Monitor client accounts, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of services. Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver seamless client experiences. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback. Skills and Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or account management. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities Problem-solving mindset CRM software proficiency Time management and multitasking
