Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a sharp, reliable and long term Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, payroll processing, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of structured accounting systems and grow within a stable and evolving organization.

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Work Type: Work From Office

Note: This role may require signing a Retention Bond (2 Years)

Key Responsibilities : Core Accounting Operations

• Record and manage day-to-day transactions: 

  sales, purchases, receipts, payments

• Maintain 

  ledgers, vouchers, journal entries

  , and perform 

  bank reconciliations

• Monitor and manage 

  petty cash

   and vendor/customer accounts
• Pass 

  depreciation and amortization

   entries as per standards

Payroll & Attendance Accounting

• Track and process 

  monthly attendance

  , calculate 

  paid days

  , and manage regularizations
• Handle 

  payroll processing

   including 

  salary, deductions, and reimbursements

• Calculate and record 

  incentives and performance-linked payouts

• Ensure accurate payroll records and timely disbursement

Reporting & Financial Analysis

• Prepare and assist in monthly 

  Profit & Loss

  , 

  Balance Sheet

  , and 

  cash flow reports

• Present 

  net profit summaries

   and cost breakdowns for internal decision-making
• Assist with data preparation for audits and management reviews

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain organized financial documentation and support basic compliance activities (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Coordinate with external consultants for periodic filings and reconciliations

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience

   in accounting preferred (internship/training will be considered)
• Hands-on knowledge of 

  Tally

   or 

  Manager.io

   software
• Good command of 

  MS Excel

   for reporting and calculations
• Organized, detail-focused, and capable of working independently after initial training
