Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, based in Patna. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional duties include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing budgeting and forecasting, overseeing tax filings, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The role also requires close collaboration with the operations team to ensure effective financial management of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Tally and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications
• Minimum Experience 3 Years
• Prior experience in accounting for sustainability or recycling-focused initiatives is advantageous
