1. Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
2. Maintain all relevant financial records accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensure daily bookkeeping in Tally and documentation of all business transactions.
3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
4. Analyse and review budgets and expenditures for multiple projects including preparation of data for costing analysis etc.
5. Explain billing and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
7. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
8. Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases online and through efficient manual filing systems.
9. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
10. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
11. Online returns GST, TDS, Income tax and other duties as assigned.
12. Handling of various types of clients accounting, auditing, taxation, Income Tax, GST, TDS, PTRC, PTEC, PF, ESICS.
13. Expectance in Accounts and balance sheet Finalisation, Tally, GST, TDS, Bank Guarantee , L.C, Import export, general accounting MIS,
14. Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.
15. Good communication skill written and verbal.
16. Maintain Directors accounts and subsidiary company’s account.
