Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and web inquiries.
  • Sales Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, qualify them as potential customers, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective customers via phone or video calls, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by assisting with closing deals, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company’s products or services and understand how they address customer needs and challenges.
  • Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or quotas to contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales tools (email, phone, video conferencing).
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple leads and clients while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,604.01 - ₹25,538.61 per month
