Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Sales Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to support our sales team. The candidate will handle coordination between internal teams and clients, prepare reports, manage documentation, and ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with customers for order processing, delivery updates, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers, and reports.
• Support sales executives in scheduling meetings, calls, and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) for smooth order execution.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales performance summaries, and monthly/quarterly sales data.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up to support the sales cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Customer Service.
• Good communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes, quotations, and customer handling.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,604.01 - ₹20,538.61 per month
