Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing tax compliance, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support inventory valuation and costing in coordination with the store and warehouse team.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. -B.Com / M.Com

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in inventory-based accounting.
Working knowledge of ERP systems.
Fluent in English and Local Language
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in trading or retail.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
