Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Accountant with 3-4 years of accounting experience in the hotel/hospitality industry to join our finance team at the Head Office in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate financial record keeping, reporting, and compliance across multiple hotel units.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoice processing and payment follow-up.
• Reconcile daily revenues from rooms, F&B, and other hotel operations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for hotel units.
• Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESI).
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
• Liaise with hotel properties for consolidated financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3-4 years of experience in hotel or hospitality accounting.
• Familiarity with hotel ERP/accounting software (e.g., Opera, Tally, Oracle PMS).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
