About the Role:

Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accounts receivable ledgers and follow up with clients for timely collections
Work on Tally for data entry, ledger posting, and voucher creation
Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other taxation-related documentation
Maintain and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions
Generate reports and summaries using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payment updates and clarifications
Assist in audits, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements
Track invoicing, PO records, and payment status regularly

Requirements:

4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting with a strong focus on receivables
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
and
Microsoft Excel
Good understanding of
GST, TDS
, and Indian taxation rules
Strong communication skills in
English
(verbal and written)
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
