Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accountant to join our LED TV showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial records, maintaining accurate accounts, and ensuring smooth financial operations within the showroom. This role requires strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to handle daily financial activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
• Record all showroom transactions in accounting software and update ledgers regularly.
• Manage cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
• Handle customer billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Verify supplier bills and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST filing, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
• Monitor inventory valuation and update stock records in coordination with the sales and store departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a retail or electronics showroom.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
