Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to retail outlets and distribution points.
  • Record and reconcile daily sales, cash, and digital transactions from multiple retail channels (POS systems, online sales, etc.).
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, and credit/debit notes.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial data.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, and customer transactions.
  • Assist in inventory valuation, cost accounting, and periodic stock audits for retail units.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for audit support, expense tracking, and budgeting.
  • Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis for retail operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Experience in Zoho is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
