Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records for property sales, leases, and rental income.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, client invoices, and follow up on outstanding dues.
  • GST, TDS & Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances related to real estate transactions.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts, loan accounts, and financial transactions.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management for projects.
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate financial regulations and assist in audits.
  • MIS & Reports: Prepare financial reports, profit/loss statements, and project cost analysis.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Knowledge of RERA & Real Estate Taxation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple financial transactions.
