Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records for property sales, leases, and rental income.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, client invoices, and follow up on outstanding dues.
GST, TDS & Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances related to real estate transactions.
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank accounts, loan accounts, and financial transactions.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management for projects.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with real estate financial regulations and assist in audits.
MIS & Reports: Prepare financial reports, profit/loss statements, and project cost analysis.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
Knowledge of RERA & Real Estate Taxation is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple financial transactions.
