Urgent Opening for the role of Accountant - Assistant Manager About the Company: At RDP Infracon Pvt Ltd, We have been in the logistics/transportation industry since 1976, currently owning and operating a fleet of 150 + Vehicles and Handling Equipments backed by an able team of people equipped with best industry practices with in house Repair and Maintenance Workshop, with real time tracking and reporting to our customers and providing efficient logistics solutions. Job Description: As an Accountant, the job role will be to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements. Job Responsibilities: · Handling daily accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance. · Preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports. · Managing accounts payable and receivable. · Reconciling bank statements and coordinating with the bank. · Ensuring timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings. · Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting. · Supporting internal and external audits. · Maintaining accurate financial documentation and records. · Generating invoices and managing billing operations. · Coordinating with other departments for financial clarity and accountability. Key Skills: · Graduate in Commerce or related field · Good understanding of accounting principles · Proficiency in ZOHO BOOKS, Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software · Strong analytical and numerical skills · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Ability to work independently and meet deadlines · Attention to detail and accuracy · Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English preferred) Graduate required 1.
