About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for Raho Hospitalities. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, hospitality-related finance operations, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
2. Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
3. Handle vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
4. Process monthly payroll and maintain employee tax compliance records.
5. Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and

   MIS reports

   for management review.
6. Assist in statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
7. Maintain financial documentation for easy retrieval and compliance checks.
8. Process employee reimbursement claims as per company policy (travel, meals, lodging, and other approved expenses).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (hospitality preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
