Accountant

we are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and support budgeting and reporting for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, vendor reconciliation, and client invoicing.
• Manage cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory returns within deadlines.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Support statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor project expenses and provide cost tracking (especially in construction/real estate companies).
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client invoicing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules.
• Knowledge of project-wise accounting (preferred for real estate/construction).
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
