Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Prospect and generate leads for potential clients. Conduct property viewings and open houses. Negotiate contracts and sales terms. Stay up to date with local real estate market trends and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and follow up on leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales or related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives Attractive incentives on successful deal closures.
