Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–4 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with accounting software. Proficiency in Kannada and English is essential for effective communication with internal teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, invoicing, and ledger maintenance. Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payment follow-ups. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records for costing, raw materials, and inventory. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments. Assist with payroll processing and ensure PF/ESI compliance. Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS as required. Communicate with teams and vendors in Kannada and English. Support budgeting, audit, and financial planning processes. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred). 3–4 years of accounting experience in any industry sector. Proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP and MS Excel. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, PF, ESI, and inventory accounting. Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written) – mandatory. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong time management and organizational skills.
