Accountant - Part time

• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements. Reconcile invoices for eCommerce shipments posted for each day to 3PL shipment records, eCommerce platform orders, and pricing records. Review discrepancies and correct any errors related to automated processes.
• Reconcile bank account to reports from payment processors for each day. Post payments and ensure invoices are cleared appropriately. Post credit memos and receivables entries for refunds, fees, uncaptured tax, etc. Process documents through to reconciled account statements.
• Oversee processes from order to cash for eCommerce, working cross-functionally, ensuring that sales orders, 3PL requests, invoices, and all other order-related documents are appropriately actioned (shipped, paid, etc.) or otherwise closed out (cancelled, written off when appropriate, etc). Call out any unactioned items and assist with resolution, as necessary.
• Provide support and assistance with audits, tax returns, budgets and forecasts, financial reporting.
  

Requirements

• Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, balance sheet finalization, TDS and Income Tax.
• Candidate must have experience in handling accounting for e-commerce businesses.
• Candidate must have experience in handling manufacturing and trading business accounts.

• Proficiency with Excel required; Proficiency in Tally Preferred
