Accountant - Part time

Role Overview: As a part-time accountant at Supervek in Jaipur, you will work closely with the management team to handle the bookkeeping and accounting operations of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee processes from order to cash for eCommerce, ensuring the smooth flow of sales orders, 3PL requests, invoices, and other order-related documents. Additionally, you will provide support for audits, tax returns, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end process from order to cash for eCommerce, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely action on sales orders, 3PL requests, invoices, and other order-related documents. - Identify and address any unactioned items, assisting in their resolution when necessary. - Provide support for audits, tax returns, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of all accounting work, balance sheet finalization, TDS, and Income Tax. - Experience in handling accounting for e-commerce businesses. - Experience in managing manufacturing and trading business accounts. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel is required, proficiency in Tally is preferred.
