Position: Accounts & Finance Head

Qualification: B.com , M.com Or Finance Related

Experiance : 8-15 Years

Salary : 4 LPA - 6.5 LPA

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Collaborate with senior management to shape and support business strategies with sound financial guidance.
Assess financial risks and opportunities, providing leadership with actionable insights.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage the finance team and ensure efficient processes for financial operations, audits, and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and other key financial documents.
Supervise the preparation and review of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as investors, banks, and financial institutions to ensure access to capital when necessary.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
