Position: Technical Support Engineer Qualification: BE Electronics, Automation Engineer or similar Experiance : 3-5 Years Salary : 2.5 LPA - 4 LPA Job Description: · Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach. · Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team . · Ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver optimal customer service. · Provide technical support for customers via phone, email, or on-site visits. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or systems. · Diagnose and resolve problems using diagnostic tools and logs. · Assist with product installations, configurations , and upgrades . · Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions. · Provide training and documentation for customers to optimize their use of the product. · Collaborate with the R&D or engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. · Monitor and follow up on open tickets , ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. · Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and best practices to help improve support processes. · Participate in on-call support and assist with emergency troubleshooting when necessary. · Assist in managing and maintaining the product lifecycle , including post-sales support and product feedback. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
