Education Qualification:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management

• Maintain and manage accurate financial records and statements.
• Prepare and analyse profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and returns.
• Ensure timely submission of all statutory filings.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Banking & Reconciliation:

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
• Handle transactions related to bank accounts, loans, and other financial instruments.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget adherence and report deviations.

Audits & Reporting:

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
