Company Description

Manish Group is a third-generation family-run landowner and real estate developer currently operating in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Established in 1972 by Mr. Dharnidhar K. Shah, the company has an exquisite history of completing 15 projects, including notable landmarks in Mumbai such as Manish Nagar township in Andheri (W) and Manish Market at Crawford Market and Dadar. Manish Group is known for its focus on quality development, customer satisfaction, and data-driven decision-making driven by innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable. The role also involves reconciling account balances, preparing various reports, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks, and maintaining financial records. The Accountant will work closely with the finance team to support overall financial processes and strategies.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Experience with accounting software and Tally ERP systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
