Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant - Male candidate to join our finance team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, such as GAAP and tax laws. Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues. Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Provide financial training and support to non-accounting staff. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in accounting (or equivalent experience in a related field). Professional certification in Tally updated version Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
