Accountant - Male

As an Accountant at Tierra Contracting, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. You will also provide financial and administrative support to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: - Meeting day-to-day accounting demands. - Keeping cashbooks and petty cash updated regularly. - Assessment of the cash flow regularly. - Preparing ledgers and P&L accounts. - Preparing Income statement & Balance sheets. - Suggesting financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organization. - Maintaining the privacy of financial information and backing up databases when necessary. - Rectifying any anomalies or inconsistencies discovered in the company's financial documents. - Assessing accounting software applications and accounting control procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree/ Masters Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Freshers with accounting internship experience are preferred. - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
