The Opportunity As an Accountant at Light N Light, you'll be a vital part of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all our dealings. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll be responsible for managing financial records, preparing statements, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage company financial records, including accounts payable and receivable . Prepare accurate financial statements and reports . Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Reconcile bank statements and process invoices efficiently. Prepare comprehensive budget reports and assist with forecasting . Support audit preparations and collaborate with external auditors. Work closely with various departments to maintain financial accuracy and support organizational goals. What You'll Bring Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar. A strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles. Experience with tax preparation and compliance . Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . Relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
