Job Description

ACCOUNTANT Position: Accountant Location: Lab of Scents Salary: ₹20,000 per month Working Days: 6 Days a Week Job Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day financial records, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and general ledger entries Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements Prepare and issue invoices; ensure timely billing and follow-ups Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and monitor cash flow Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for payments and collections Record and maintain financial entries related to inventory Support internal and external audits; liaise with external accountants Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field 1–2 years of experience in accounting (preferred) Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Show more Show less
