As we scale, we're looking for Sales & Client Relations who can not only manage clients but also wow them – turning briefs into bottles and leads into loyal partners. Your Role: You’re the bridge between the magic of our lab and the needs of our clients. A relationship builder. A solution provider. A fragrance matchmaker. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for B2B/white-label clients. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for our product team. Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products. Manage timelines, order flow, and client expectations with precision. Build long-term, trust-based relationships to drive repeat business. Keep tabs on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback. What You’ll Need: 1+ years in account management, client servicing, or consultative sales (FMCG, beauty, luxury, or fragrance industry is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal & written Confidence in handling multiple clients and complex requests A consultative mindset and strong follow-through A love for premium products and a keen aesthetic sense Show more Show less
