Job Responsibilities

Handle social media accounts for multiple perfume brands under Lab of Scents.
Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand presence.
Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, reels, and campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Respond to comments, messages, and maintain active community engagement.
Assist in influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing social media accounts
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
Excellent communication skills and creativity in content ideation.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ad campaigns.
