Job Description

As a Sales & Client Relations professional at Lab of Scents, you will be responsible for managing clients, understanding their needs, and transforming briefs into successful partnerships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for B2B/white-label clients, interpret client requirements for the product team, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve ensuring efficient management of timelines, order flow, and client expectations while building long-term relationships based on trust to encourage repeat business. It will be essential to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide the best service possible.
