Job Description

Sales, Purchase & Billing Entry of sales and purchase bills in the accounting system. Maintain accurate physical and digital records of all invoices and documents. Ensure proper GST entry and invoice compliance. Attendance & Salary Management Record and track daily staff attendance. Assist in monthly salary calculation and maintain salary sheets. Sales Lead & Payment Management Track sales leads and maintain follow-up updates. Coordinate with clients for timely payment collection. Maintain payment follow-up records and report outstanding dues. Stock & Inventory Control Record stock inward/outward entries accurately. Cross-check and tally physical stock with system records on a regular basis. GST & Accounting Support Assist in monthly GST data preparation and filing. Coordinate with accountant or CA for GST return submission and compliance requirements. Reporting Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Highlight discrepancies, pending payments, and key updates to management.
