Accountant Accounting / Taxation

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Ensure accurate transaction entries in Tally ERP or Spectrum software.
Execute monthly closing activities such as journal entries and accruals.

Invoice and Payment Processing

Process invoices, payment requests, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

GST and Tax Management

Prepare and file monthly GST returns and ensure compliance with TDS, GST 2A, 3B, 80G, 10A, 12A, and profession tax.
Maintain updated knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws.

Financial Reporting

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Prepare balance sheets, profit loss accounts, and conduct variance analysis.

Audit and Compliance

Assist with transfer pricing documentation and statutory compliance.
Ensure adherence to INDIAN Accounting Standard and coordinate with auditors during audits.
Handle timely tax filings and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Communication Documentation

Draft and review financial documents and reports in English.
Collaborate with internal teams and present clear financial communication.

Key Skills Qualifications

Education

:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Intermediate / CA

Experience

4+ years in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.

Technical Soft Skills

Proficiency in Tally ERP or Spectrum
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational ability
English fluency in writing and verbal communication
