Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all school transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in creating and managing school budgets while monitoring expenses and ensuring they stay within allocated limits.
  • Process invoices, generate vouchers, and manage timely payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and audit requirements.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to school administration.
  • Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with auditors as required.
  • Process payroll accurately, including the calculation of deductions and ensuring timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle administrative finance-related tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and responding to internal queries.
  • Uphold confidentiality and security of all financial and administrative information.
