We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance and administration team at our Wilson Garden office.Position: Accounts OfficerLocation: Wilson Garden, BengaluruType: Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP and ensure accurate data entry.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS payments and returns, PF, ESI, and PT submissions within statutory timelines.
Maintain FCRA accounts and assist in annual return filings.
Coordinate audit processes, including data preparation and liaison with external auditors.
Support budget preparation, fund flow management, and monthly MIS reports.
Assist in the financial documentation of grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with donor and statutory requirements.
Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and payment scheduling.
Maintain and update digital records, ID/password sheets, and ensure regular data backups.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
