The Role: Accounts, HR Accounts Responsibilities: Manage and record all day-to-day financial transactions Proficient in Tally Sound knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax Returns Support CA in finalization of accounts Ensure compliance with financial regulations and deadlines HR Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment, especially for social media and creative roles Coordinate interviews, handle onboarding, and maintain HR records Support employee engagement and internal communication What You’ll Need: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts Strong grasp of accounting software and compliance (TDS, GST, etc.) Experience or strong interest in HR and administrative duties Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A degree in Accounts, Finance, or related field Ability to multitask and take ownership of operational areas Must be comfortable working on-site in Andheri East If you’re looking to grow with a fast-paced, creative agency and enjoy handling diverse responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.
