Accountant, HR Executive

As an Accountant and HR Executive at Magnifly Media, you would play a crucial role in supporting the Finance and HR functions of our dynamic and creative agency. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and recording all day-to-day financial transactions, demonstrating proficiency in Tally, and possessing sound knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax Returns. You will work closely with our CA to support in the finalization of accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations and deadlines. In the HR domain, you will assist in recruitment, particularly for social media and creative roles, by coordinating interviews, handling onboarding processes, and maintaining HR records. Your role will also involve supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications within the organization. To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong grasp of accounting software and compliance standards such as TDS, GST, etc. Additionally, experience or a keen interest in HR and administrative duties will be beneficial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field. The ability to multitask, take ownership of operational areas, and work effectively on-site in Andheri East is key to success in this position.
