Accountant

Job Summary:G Sons Power is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in Tally ERP, GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliations, and should be capable of handling accounts independently. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory reports as per government deadlines. Manage accounts payable and receivable, follow up on payments, and generate customer/vendor statements. Perform bank reconciliations, handle petty cash, and track fund flow. Generate invoices, delivery challans, debit/credit notes, and maintain supporting documents. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and CA for financial audits and compliance. Maintain and update books in Tally ERP or any other accounting software in use. Support the management in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements:B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification. 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company). Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools. Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle accounts independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Optional):Knowledge of inventory accounting and project-based accounting. Familiarity with bank financing or loan documentation. Experience working with export documentation or EEPC reports is a plus.
