Job Description

Part-Time On-site (2–4 hours daily)
 Key Responsibilities * Record daily sales, purchase, and expense entries in accounting software (Zoho Books). * Handle GST entries, filing, and vendor reconciliation. * Prepare and maintain monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries. * Manage petty cash, showroom expenses, and vendor payments. * Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways (Paytm, Razorpay, etc.). * Coordinate with CA / auditors for monthly and annual filings. * Track inventory valuation and stock adjustments periodically. * Support management with reports for decision-making. Requirements * B.Com / M.Com degree or equivalent accounting qualification. * 2–5 years of experience in small business or retail accounting. * Proficient in Zoho Books. * Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. * Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work independently.
