Roles and Responsibilities

• Record daily expenses and enter bills in Tally with proper verification of all details.
• Collect bills and invoices from the team regularly and ensure timely accounting.
• Handle petty cash transactions, maintain cash records, and ensure accuracy.
• Perform TDS working, calculations, and ensure timely payments and filings.
• Maintain compliance-related documentation and support statutory requirements.
• Reconcile vendor payments, track pending payments, and manage related follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, payment summaries, and MIS data as required.
• Strong focus on accurate data entry and daily bookkeeping.
• Support GST filing, reconciliations, and coordination with external consultants (if required).
• Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance.
• Proficient in Tally for accounting entries and record-keeping.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, especially for payment reconciliation.
• Experience in handling petty cash, TDS, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of compliance basics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with E-commerce or D2C companies (preferred, not mandatory).
• Familiarity with GST filings, returns, and basic financial compliance.
• Ability to manage day-to-day accounting independently.
• Proactive approach to work and good team coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 per month
