Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. Your main job will be to pick and pack online orders , do basic computer entry , and help with loading and unloading stock . Roles and Responsibilities Record daily expenses and enter bills in Tally with proper verification of all details. Collect bills and invoices from the team regularly and ensure timely accounting. Handle petty cash transactions, maintain cash records, and ensure accuracy. Perform TDS working, calculations, and ensure timely payments and filings. Maintain compliance-related documentation and support statutory requirements. Reconcile vendor payments, track pending payments, and manage related follow-ups. Prepare reports, payment summaries, and MIS data as required. Strong focus on accurate data entry and daily bookkeeping. Support GST filing, reconciliations, and coordination with external consultants (if required). Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance. Proficient in Tally for accounting entries and record-keeping. Strong working knowledge of Excel, especially for payment reconciliation. Experience in handling petty cash, TDS, and day-to-day financial operations. Attention to detail, accuracy, and understanding of compliance basics. Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working with E-commerce or D2C companies (preferred, not mandatory). Familiarity with GST filings, returns, and basic financial compliance.
