Roles and Responsibilities Record daily expenses and enter bills in Tally with proper verification of all details. Collect bills and invoices from the team regularly and ensure timely accounting. Handle petty cash transactions, maintain cash records, and ensure accuracy. Perform TDS working, calculations, and ensure timely payments and filings. Maintain compliance-related documentation and support statutory requirements. Reconcile vendor payments, track pending payments, and manage related follow-ups. Prepare reports, payment summaries, and MIS data as required. Strong focus on accurate data entry and daily bookkeeping.
