🔎 Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in Billing & Collection to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling customer billing, payment follow-ups, MIS reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately & on time
Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
Maintain customer ledger and aging reports
Follow up with clients/vendors for pending payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain MIS reports related to billing & collection
Coordinate with internal departments for supporting documents
Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
📌 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field
2–3 years of experience in Billing & Collection
Strong knowledge of MS Excel & accounting software (Tally)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
⭐ Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in vendor/customer management
Knowledge of GST/TDS will be an added advantage
💰 Salary Range: 25-30 k
