Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, focusing on export transactions and consignment accounts.
• Manage GST processes related to exports, including GST refund claims, zero-rated supply compliance, and reconciliation of export invoices.
• Oversee export incentives like Duty Drawback, RODTEP, and other applicable schemes.
• Handle preparation and submission of export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with GST and customs requirements.
• Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Preparation of Cash Flow Statements
• Preparing Profit & Loss statements.
• Work with banks to manage Letters of Credit (LCs), export remittances, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Provide financial reports and insights to management for decision-making related to international trade.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure the accuracy of consignment records and timely processing of payments.
• Stay updated on GST regulations, export taxation laws, and related government schemes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
• Excellent English communication skill.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and export-related accounting software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GST regulations, especially zero-rated exports and refund procedures.
• Knowledge of export accounting practices and government export schemes is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skill with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
