Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in on-site execution, quality control, and coordination of daily project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution
• Read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project workflow
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all work complies with design specifications and safety regulations
• Maintain site documentation such as daily progress reports, material usage, and attendance
• Assist in planning and resource allocation
• Report site issues or delays promptly to the Project Manager

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good knowledge or internship experience are welcome)
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Ability to read drawings and use basic measurement tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
