Company Description Ethamozhy Coir Cluster Private Limited is a collaborative venture involving coir industry artisans, small business owners from the Ethamozhy area of Kanyakumari District, and the Government of India, with the Coir Board acting as the Nodal Agency. The organization focuses on developing and commercializing innovative and technologically advanced coir products, specifically using Bristle Coir Fibre, unique to this region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagercoil for an Accountant. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, maintain financial records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, overseeing audits, and managing payroll. Qualifications Proficiency in financial transactions, budgeting, and financial reporting Experience with accounting software and general ledger functions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required Experience in the manufacturing or coir industry is a plus Show more Show less
